This Sunday, November 24th, the 47th edition of the Hel van het Noorden was scheduled to take place. Despite the many precautions we have taken, we have come to the difficult decision today that, given the weather forecast for Sunday, we cannot guarantee the safety of the rowers. This means that the 47th edition of the Hel will not take place this year.
The Hel committee, together with the many helping hands from our association members, has spent weeks preparing to welcome the Dutch rowing community to our waters. It is with great regret that the committee will not be able to showcase all their hard work this year.
